Thanks for sorting out my computer problem so quickly this morning. This gives me the opportunity to say how grateful I am to you and your Company for the incredibly efficient service you give. It is over 20 years since you first helped me to set up my computer etc. Whilst technology has moved on it has always been a great comfort to know that I can just pick up the phone and you are there for me. You go beyond and above to help everyone, and it is one thing less for me to worry about in my old age. Also having a regular monthly Contract with you has proved it’s worth, whether it has been spending time searching for a new computer for myself or updating my present one, it has been a comfort to know that I am not going to have a huge bill at the end of it.
