Implementing a Contracted Support Service means that we proactively look after your system on a regular basis and that you and your team can concentrate on your core business and don’t have to worry.
Budget your IT expenditure annually in advance as well as benefitting from a reduced hourly rate on new software and hardware installations. Our service contract is annual, payable annually, quarterly or monthly in advance to suit you.
The support contract covers your existing system by providing unlimited telephone support onsite visits and remote support should a fault occur. If a fault leads to a repair of a Server, PC, laptop, security camera, printer or network equipment being supplied then the labour element of this is included free of charge.
